Coaching can help anyone to be happier and more successful by identifying your desires and why they exist, reducing limiting beliefs, exploring your identity, re-framing perspective of time, de-conditioning, and changing behavioral patterns. 

Life Coaching is about learning to be action-driven and solution-oriented.  Your life coach will teach you to recognize the choices that hold you back from your goals and plan for your future success. 

In Relationship Coaching we are specifically seeking relationship, boundary, and sexuality based goals.

Life Coaching is NOT counseling, therapy, or clinical treatment. We do not explore the past, but rather focus on how we perceive the present and future. Our primary focus is on where you want to be and how to get there.  It is our obligation to ensure you are referred to a licensed professional to explore past trauma or cope with mental illness, abuse, addiction or current trauma.

Life Coaching is for people who are ready to help themselves to achieve more fulfillment in life. 

Life Coaching is NOT  personal care, community or residential habilitation, home health care, or independent living skills training.  A Life Coach does not teach or perform task based  personal cares.  We do not work on rehabilitative activities.   We focus on creating personal accountability, building soft skills for professional and personal success, learning to perceive life differently, assessing and modifying personal behavior.

I will meet you where you are, the services we can work on include:

• Learn to define what a "good death" means to you.  
• I will teach you about Health Care Proxy, Advanced Directives, and MOLST.  
• We can have guided conversations with your circle/family about your wishes
• Developing a vigil plan
• Developing your Legacy Project(s)
• Exploring options for care
• Exploring traditional and nontraditional options for remains
• Pre-planning, making final arrangements, and writing an obituary.

Learn to assert yourself and your boundaries in a positive and constructive manner. Expand emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Be a strong self-advocate without alienating others. Focus on using attitude and presentation to change your message.  Learn how to ask questions that get the answers you need. 

Learn skills for working collaboratively with your team and being a good supervisor. Learn the nuisances and effective communication strategies used by managers. Learn about making back up plans, planning around barriers, and interviewing staff. Learn what you can and cannot ask in an interview. Learn strategies for motivating a team and giving constructive feedback. 

Learn to talk about your sexuality and sexual identity, define your boundaries, and communicate them to a potential partner or other people in your life.  Explore the impact that a lack of sexuality education has had on your life and your relationships. Explore the attitudes about sexuality and disabilities in your community.  Collect resources on sexual health, choice, and development to educate your circle. 

This class will focus on preparing for a move. We will review resources for your search, what to look for in a lease, and how to access subsidies. Also, we will discuss budgeting and making a transition plan including movers, furniture, utilities, and using technology to overcome physical barriers.  Together we will explore tools and strategies for understanding and improving your credit score.  

Course can be tailored to your specific needs.

We will review how to evaluate your truest wishes for yourself.  How to describe them and how to give yourself the best shot of having them followed through.  Learn about Proxys, DNR's, MOLST forms, advanced directives, burial trusts and other planning options. 

How to create a calm and peaceful place, what to expect in the last days, and what are your options for your earthly remains. 

Course can be tailored to your specific needs.

Meet monthly with other members of the coaching community to build a network of high achievers and community support. Share experiences, goals, and strategies. Mentor and support each other’s success.  Use this platform to create additional social groups among other motivated achievers.
